HR and Admin Executive , Malaysia

GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client, a European Marine supplier of software solutions is looking to hire an HR and Admin Executive. This role will report to the Manager of the Human Capital Management and will manage the Recruitment, HR and Admin Operations.

ABOUT OUR CLIENT
Our client is a North European owned software solutions provider for the Maritime industry. With offices in Asia, Europe and world-leading technical expertise they provide software solutions for vessel maintenance, dry-docking, procurement, operations, risk management, financial and database management. 
 

THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT
The successful applicant should hold a Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent qualifications, with at least 2 years of human resource administration experience. It will be an added advantage if you specialise in recruitment and training and have a full understanding of the HR Operations. Knowledge of the HRIS system and Microsoft Office applications is required. You will also have knowledge of the Malaysian Labor Laws.
 
Your soft skills should include excellent communication skills with a solid command of written and spoken English. You will have strong interpersonal skills and be able to communicate at all levels of the organisation. In order to be shortlisted, the successful applicant must currently be residing in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
 
JOB DESCRIPTION
The main job responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
  • Manage and coordinate recruitment, onboarding process and training schedules (i.e. interview schedules, tracking, logistics)
  • Assist in sourcing new recruitment agencies and training vendors
  • Manage recruitment reports and organise corporate and employee’s activities
  • In-charge of the internship program
  • Manage employee’s exit/onboard process and company’s HRIS system
  • Provide admin support to the team and work with the Manager of the Human Capital Management on HRIS system projects.
